PRHC collaborates with a number of programs offering services for refugee client’s in Philadelphia. Below is a link of program descriptions and referral information for providers looking for additional services for patients.
Medical Support Services Program: This program assists refugees who have been in the U.S. for less than two years and have significant medical conditions or problems navigating health systems. In the past, services have included SSI/Medicaid waiver application assistance, surgery navigation, chronic disease management, and health education sessions. To a refer a client, please follow the instructions on the referral below.
