Language Access

Why does language access matter? Watch this video TODAY!

Refugee Health Partners, a student group from Thomas Jefferson University, is working with Nationalities Service Center to collect information about language access barriers in healthcare. To do this, we have created an easy to use Google survey that case managers, health navigators, and others may use to document issues when encountered. We intend to use the information from the survey to identify providers who are not offering appropriate language services and work with them to improve.

If you provide your email at the end of the survey, you can receive our newsletter reporting on the progress we make in improving access. See our previous newsletters below. We can’t do this without your help, so please document the issues your clients face and feel free to send this link to anyone who you think may find it useful!

You can open the form here: Make sure to bookmark it on your desktop!
